Prepul uses account and study information to give you a continuing place to learn. This page explains the main data involved and how to contact us.
Information you provide
When you create an account, we process your name, email address, and authentication details. If you use Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider exchange the information needed to create or access your account. You can also add a profile image, preferences, notes, and question reports.
Study activity
We save your course choices, answers, practice and mock results, bookmarks, and other progress so you can resume studying and see your history. Some study settings and flashcard progress may also be stored in your browser on the device you use.
Services that handle data
Appwrite provides authentication and stores application data. Cloudflare serves the website. These services process data needed to operate Prepul. If you follow a link to an external service, its own privacy terms may also apply.
Access and deletion
You can update profile details in your account settings. To ask for access to your data or request account deletion, contact sanzen.tech@gmail.com from your account email. We may verify account ownership and explain any records that must be retained before completing a request.
